ABOUT
Roslövs gård was built in 1842 and we bought the farm in 2019 with a dream of creating a nature-friendly accommodation, instead of bed & breakfast we have entire apartments with their own kitchens. The farm is today divided into three buildings, with the manor house in the center and two outbuildings on each side. The farm currently has four fully equipped apartments with bathrooms, their own kitchens, totaling 50 square meters each.
We have created the apartments with the aesthetic values of the building in mind. Visible grey stone walls and beautiful beams. A B&B that we ourselves dreamed of.
In addition to the apartments, there are also four horse boxes, these are rented out together with the apartments, and it is also possible to rent these for longer periods upon request.
Roslövs gård is located in Flyingebygden by the Kävlingeån valley with the river as the blue hub. In Gårdstånga to the west, the landscape consists of large-scale agricultural land with traditional crop cultivation. The further east you go, the more the landscape becomes open with elements of pasture and meadows and along the river there are some wetlands. The only larger “forest area” is the Linnebjer nature reserve, which was originally a hay meadow, but which grew again when modern agriculture took over. Otherwise, there are a few groves of mainly pine. Kungsgården Park, which was laid out in the 1830s, forms a green oasis in the area. It is designed as a landscape park with winding paths, canals, a theater, a labyrinth and memorial stones, but has over the years grown again and has become more natural than cultural.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER
Breakfast
In our fully equipped kitchens you can prepare your own breakfast. For a fee you can order bread, juice, and cold cuts.
Garden
Take a walk in the surroundings, greet our sheep Popcorn and Muffin. If you want to grill, it is possible to borrow a charcoal grill, gas grill and buy firewood.
Hot tub
In the summer there is the possibility to use the wood fired hot tub.

Flyinge is one of the world's oldest stud farms still in operation. It is a unique equestrian center that is often visited by both horse enthusiasts and people interested in history.

Skarhult Castle is one of Sweden's best-preserved Renaissance castles and has shown women's history exhibitions during the years 2014-2020.
The historical Museum
Skåne's largest museum for archaeological finds, coins and church art. The museum is part of Lund University's public activities and dates back to the 18th century.

Sörgården Event is the perfect party & wedding venue where old meets modern in a warm and cozy environment. At Sörgården you can also visit SAS Paintball for tracerball or paintball.
Flyinge padel court offers rental of outdoor padel court, as well as rental and sale of padel products.

Roslövs gård erbjuder attraktiva lägenheter och stall i en naturskön omgivning, med vårt centrala läge gör det optimalt att bo här under långa perioder, för semester eller arbetsresan. Gården har ett trevligt och avskilt läge men ändå i omedelbar närhet till E22:an som tar dig till Lund centralstation på 15 minuter, Malmö på 25 minuter och Kastrup på cirka 40 minuter. Närhet till ESS, Lunds Universitet och Flyinge ridgymnasium och yrkesskola, 3 km. Fordonsparkering är kostnadsfri, och stallplats erbjuds i mån av plats.
