ABOUT
Roslöv's farm was built in 1842 and we bought the farm in 2019 with a dream to create a living space close to nature. Today, the farm is divided into three buildings, with the farm building in the center and two outbuildings on either side. On the farm there are currently four fully equipped apartments with bathrooms, own kitchens of a total of 50 square meters each.
We have created the apartments with the building's aesthetic values in mind. Visible gray stone walls and beautiful exposed beams. A B&B that we ourselves dreamed of.
Apart from the apartments, there are also four horse stalls available, which are rented out together with the apartments, and there is also the possibility to rent these for longer periods upon request.
Roslöv's farm is located in Flyingebygden by the Kävlingeån valley with the river as the blue hub. In Gårdstånga in the west, the landscape consists of large-scale farmland with traditional crop cultivation. The further east you go, the more the landscape loosens up with elements of pasture and meadows, and along the river there are some wetlands. The only larger "forest area" is the nature reserve Linnebjer, which was originally a hay meadow, but which grew again when modern agriculture took over. Otherwise, there are few groves of mainly pine. Kungsgården's park, which was laid out in the 1830s, forms a green oasis in the area. It is designed as a landscape park with winding passages, canals, theater, labyrinth and memorial stones, but over the years has grown again and become more natural than cultural.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER
Breakfast
In our fully equipped kitchens you can prepare your breakfast. For a fee, you can order bread, juice and toppings.
Garden
Take a walk in the surroundings, greet our sheep Popcorn and Muffin. If you want to grill, it is possible to borrow a charcoal grill, gas grill and buy firewood.
Hot tub
In the summer there is the possibility to use the wood fired hot tub.

Our apartments are self-catering. If cleaning is desired, it can be obtained for a fee

If you need to charge your car, we have two 11 kW type 2 stations.

There are four horse stalls available. Can be rented per day or for longer periods.

Wine tasting
Visit Flyinge winery and try Swedish wine. Wines with a unique character grown locally with the Solaris grape.
Through collaboration with Nordic Vineyards it is possible to book a visit to all wineries in Skåne.
Flyinge Kungsgård
The village's main attraction is Flyinge Kungsgård, which dates back to the 12th century. Kungsgården has a variety of events throughout the year.
Guided tour
Flyinge is one of the world's oldest stud farms still in operation. It is a unique equestrian center that is often visited by both horse enthusiasts and people interested in history.
In the immediate area
The botanical garden in Lund is a place for both knowledge seekers and those looking for recreation. Visit the garden, greenhouse, shop and café.
Skarhult Castle is one of Sweden's best-preserved Renaissance castles and has shown women's history exhibitions during the years 2014-2020.
The historical Museum
Skåne's largest museum for archaeological finds, coins and church art. The museum is part of Lund University's public activities and dates back to the 18th century.

Sörgården Event is the perfect party & wedding venue where old meets modern in a warm and cozy environment. At Sörgården you can also visit SAS Paintball for tracerball or paintball.
Flyinge padel court offers rental of outdoor padel court, as well as rental and sale of padel products.
